This study aims to search for the general organization of the workplace by means efficient, simple and low cost of investment. For this purpose we have chosen the source program Japanese titled 5S's, this research analyzed the purposes of the 5S program, we describe the methodology and its concepts and we could verify on a case study in a company under siege in our region that use and maintain the system in place the results from program. The 5S emerged in Japan after the end of World War 2, this steeped in a tradition that was passed from parents to children, which was added to the expertise of directors of North America. The union between the secular tradition and technical studies of administration created the phenomenon 5S's. We conclude with this that the 5S's are not just a method of organization, but an efficient tool with the power to acculturate to seek an economic environment, organization, cleanliness, hygiene and discipline employees, key factors to increase productivity.
